01 About this policy
This policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit dabsurd.ru or contact AI D’absurd about development, integrations and support for digital products. It covers the Russian and English versions of the portal, inquiry forms and subsequent correspondence about your request.
The owner of the AI D’absurd website acts as the personal data controller. This policy explains what information is needed to handle an inquiry, who may access it and how you can exercise your rights. Portfolio websites and other external services have their own privacy policies.
02 Information we process
The inquiry form requires your name, email address, selected service and project description. You may also provide your company, phone number or messenger account, estimated budget and timeframe. We retain the inquiry reference, language, submission date, status, consent timestamp and consent text version to manage the request.
While you fill in the form, field values are sent to the server for validation and error feedback. An inquiry record is created after consent is confirmed and the form is successfully submitted.
Business correspondence and internal notes may be added as we discuss the project. Please provide only information needed to assess your request. The form does not ask for identity documents, payment details, health information or biometric data. Do not send passwords, access keys or information about other people without an appropriate basis.
Website infrastructure processes technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, request time, page address and session data. A hash of the IP address is used to limit repeated submissions. Web analytics is described separately below.
03 Why we use this information
We use inquiry information to understand your project, contact you, clarify requirements, estimate cost and timing, prepare a proposal and discuss a possible contract. The inquiry reference and status help preserve context and prevent duplicate handling.
Technical data supports sessions and forms, protection against forged requests and spam, error diagnosis and website availability. Analytics helps us understand traffic and improve the usability of our pages.
Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to advertising emails. Its contents are not published in the portfolio or automatically sent to third-party AI models. We do not make decisions with legal effects on visitors based solely on automated processing.
04 Grounds for processing
Processing is subject to applicable law, including Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data. Depending on the purpose, the basis is consent, steps towards a contract at your request, performance of a contract or a legal obligation.
Before submitting the form, you actively confirm consent to processing for a response to your inquiry. The form cannot be submitted without this confirmation. Reading this policy does not itself provide consent where the law requires it. You can withdraw consent using the contact details at the end of this page.
05 How processing works
Information is processed by software and by people reviewing your inquiry. Processing includes collection, recording, storage, correction, use to respond, necessary access, restriction and deletion.
Inquiries are stored in the portal database. Names, email addresses, companies, additional contact details, project descriptions and internal notes are encrypted in that database. Only an authenticated administrator with the required access can work with them in the management panel.
If you provide a phone number or messenger account, that channel may be used to discuss your inquiry. You can ask to continue the conversation through another available channel.
06 Services and recipients
The portal relies on server infrastructure and, when emails are sent, email infrastructure. Their operators may technically process information as needed to host the website and deliver messages. Provider access must be limited to the purpose of the service and the applicable data processing terms.
When email delivery is enabled, an inquiry notification is sent to the studio’s business inbox and a confirmation to the address you provided. Messages may contain contact details, the inquiry reference and its contents. Delivery also involves the recipient’s email provider, whose own service terms apply.
Yandex separately receives technical information for website analytics. Communication through a messenger you choose is also subject to that service’s terms. Information may be provided to public authorities when there is a legal basis. Inquiry data is not sold or supplied for third-party advertising campaigns.
07 Yandex Metrica and Session Replay
Public pages use Yandex Metrica, provided by YANDEX LLC, 16 Lva Tolstogo Street, Moscow, Russia. The counter receives technical visit information, including IP address, browser and device characteristics, referral source, page addresses, timing and website interactions. The service may use cookies and browser identifiers to recognise visits.
Session Replay, click maps and link tracking are enabled to help us understand how visitors use the website. The inquiry form is configured to hide its contents from Session Replay; entered contact details and project descriptions are masked. This does not disable collection of technical visit data. The counter is not included in the administration panel.
Processing terms and retention of analytics data are governed by Yandex’s documents and service features. You can restrict collection using browser controls or the official Yandex Metrica opt-out tool.
09 Retention and deletion
Inquiry information is retained until the inquiry and project discussions are concluded. If a contract is agreed, information needed to perform it is processed during the contract and then for any mandatory document retention periods. Submitting an inquiry does not justify keeping all its information indefinitely.
Once the processing purpose has been fulfilled, data must be deleted within 30 days unless a law, contract or other permitted basis requires continued processing. The same maximum period applies from receipt of a consent withdrawal where no other basis remains. Deletion covers the inquiry and related information under the controller’s control.
Technical information is retained as needed to operate and protect the website. The submission rate limiter uses a one-hour window. Cookie lifetimes depend on their purpose; Metrica data is retained under the analytics service’s rules.
10 Your rights
You may request information about the processing of your data, ask for inaccuracies to be corrected, request restriction or deletion where legally applicable, withdraw consent and request that processing stop. You may challenge the controller’s actions before Roskomnadzor or a court.
Requests for information about processing are answered within 10 working days. The law permits an extension of up to 5 working days with an explanation. We may need to verify that a request comes from the individual concerned or an authorised representative. Another person’s information is not disclosed in response to an unverified request.
11 Security and policy updates
Safeguards include encryption of selected database fields, administrator access checks, input validation, form protection and submission rate limits. The public website is available over HTTPS. These measures reduce the risk of unauthorised access but do not replace careful handling of information by the sender.
This policy is updated when processing practices or services change. The revision date appears at the top of the page. A new version does not by itself authorise incompatible uses of previously collected information; separate consent is requested where required.
12 Contact and requests
Contact AI D’absurd with questions about processing, to withdraw consent or to request correction or deletion. Please state that your request concerns personal data.
For a request related to an inquiry, include its reference and the email address used to submit it so we can find the right record. If you no longer have the reference, describe when and how you contacted us. Do not publish identity documents or additional personal information.
