Understand

Describe the audience, primary goal and constraints. Share the current product, materials and references. Explaining why you like an example is more useful than asking to repeat an image.

Map the experience

A sitemap and prototype describe the sequence of actions. Logic is easier to change at this stage. An approved prototype becomes a common reference for design and development.

Find the visual language

Explore typography, composition, colour and image direction. Agree on key screens and principles first, then extend the system to other workflows and mobile states.

Build and verify

Implementation includes loading, error, empty and success states. Check permissions, forms, keyboard navigation and the main screen sizes.

Hand over for independent operation

Before launch, check the domain, email delivery, backups and analytics. Hand over source code, access and instructions, and demonstrate the admin panel. The team should be able to handle everyday tasks independently. Your own specialists can manage updates and improvements, or you can arrange support with us separately.
